BUSINESS FORUM CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Organization and Submission Procedure
Proposals are welcomed for panel topics that will be of interest to both technical and business-oriented members of the communications community. Each panel session will have a moderator and basically three panelists with technical and/or business expertise in the featured topical area. The duration of each panel is 90 minutes. Every panelist will make a 20-minute presentation. After all of the presentations, a 30-minute discussion among the panelists and the audience will be held.
A proposal for a panel session is a commitment to organize it, if accepted. A proposal of two pages maximum should include:
- Title for the proposed panel session
- Name, affiliation, and email address of the organizer
- A description of topic(s) and themes for the panel
- Suggested moderator for the panel session
- Biography of suggested moderator
- Names and affiliations of possible panelists.

- Impact of standardization on deployment and product
- Green ICT (Challenging "OF ICT" and "BY ICT")
- Regional topics (focusing on Asia and Pacific areas)
- Device for communication network
- Specific technology and business topics
- Communications network for Smart Grid
- Cloud computing
- Disaster resilient network
- Terabit communications
- FMC using Femto Base Transceiver System (BTS)
- LTE
Important Dates
- Proposal submission deadline:
