CAMERA READY SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Use eXpress for final submission (not EDAS !!!)

For those who are familiar with the process. Read carefully. The process below is different from the past ICC and GLOBECOM. You should be aware of the following.
  • To access eXpress, do not use the acount you used in the past, but to use EDAS ID of first author.
  • The title of the paper and authors are automatically populated, and you can not change them.
  • Do not forget to register first, you will require 9 digit registration code, when uploading.
  • The deadline of EDAS submission has been changed to Feb.8 not to accept misguided final submissions any more.

FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION PROCESS

All accepted papers, both those for lecture style and for poster style presentations, must be prepared as indicated below and final camera ready versions must be uploaded to IEEE Conference eXpress site in order for them to be published in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

REVISE YOUR PAPER

Please read the reviewers' recommendations for revising your final paper. Note that both the title and author list of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript. When you are done with revising, please print out your paper and proofread it. Review formatting requirements at http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/index.html

REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE

At least one author must register with the conference by Friday, February 11th for main conference or Tuesday, February 15th for workshop as the presenter.

ComSoc policy states that all accepted IEEE ICC 2011 technical paper presenters must register at the FULL or LIMITED (member or non-member) rate.

For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL or LIMITED (member or non-member) registration is valid for up to three (3) papers.

For registration information, go to:

http://www.ieee-icc.org/2011/ and click on REGISTRATION.

It is imperative, that the same author must upload the paper(s), review, and approved PDFs, and submit copyright form. (Only one e-mail address can be identified to a registration code).

When you are done with the registration, you will be given a Registration Code, which will be needed to upload your paper in the following step.

PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION CODE WITH ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN YOUR CO-AUTHORS.

ALTHOUGH THE CODE ENABLES SUBMISSION OF UP TO THREE PAPERS, IT CAN BE USED ONLY ONCE, BY YOU.

The organizers of IEEE ICC 2011 as well as our attendees expect accepted papers to be presented at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

If you experience technical problems uploading your paper, email IEEE eXpress at Diana Romeo d.romeo@ieee.org .

Detailed Instruction:

Login for final manuscript upload is restricted to the primary EDAS submitter (sometimes known as first author) for that particular paper.

Only the original login (first author) used to submit the initial paper to EDAS will be recognized for an accepted paper. If you know the ID and password used to submit the original paper to EDAS, please use that or contact the submitting author to obtain this information or to request the original submitter upload the final manuscript.

The submitting authors should choose "Create an Account" on the login page using their EDAS information if they have not previously created a Conference eXpress account.

You will be prompted for you registration code when before you approve your paper for final publication.

SUBMIT YOUR COPYRIGHT TRANSFER

After you upload your final paper and approve the PDF, a Submit Copyright link will appear in your IEEE eXpress account.
This enables you to complete the IEEE e(electronic) Copyright form. When you receive our confirmation email after completing the electronic form (by selecting Submit), you will not need to fax or mail a paper copyright form.

CRITICAL: You must upload the final version of your source file and complete the copyright transfer no later than Friday, 11 February, 2011 for main conference or Tuesday, 15 February, 2011 for workshop. If you fail to comply, the paper will be dropped from the program.
