bulletB Place

Kyoto International Conference Center (ICC Kyoto) , founded in 1966, is the first national conference facility in Japan. As is well known, ICC Kyoto hosted a number of pioneering events, such as the 1997 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change that gave birth to the Kyoto Protocol. Reflecting the style of ancient Japanese buildings, the architectural flavor of ICC Kyoto is modern and rich in individuality. The spacious lobby and lounge themselves are three-dimensional works of art, and the Japanese garden fosters a fruitful environment for any style of events. These elements and more combine to form a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing place for communication. ICC Kyoto is located at the north end of Karasuma subway line. The immensely reliable subway will take you in twenty minutes from Kyoto Station. (See Kyoto City maps)
