JTB has reserved a sufficient number of rooms at the following hotels for the participants during the Conference period.
Hotel assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations will be processed in order of application form.

Deadline for Reservation

The deadline for reservations on this site is 17:30 on Sunday May 15, 2011, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9). (Please note that reservations is only available on a first come first served basis.)

Payment

Payment is required at the time of reservation. All payments will be charged in Japanese yen.
Payment should be in the form of:
One of the following credit cards 1. VISA 2. MasterCard 3. Diners Club 4. AMEX 5. JCB

Confirmation

Your reservation will be completed upon receipt of your on-line accommodation information and verifcation of deposit.
A "Confirmation sheet" button will be displayed when you complete your reservation.
Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you upon check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation / Revision

In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.

JTB shall make the corresponding refund within the 7th day from the next day of cancellation, when effecting refund before tour departure.

Please revise and/or cancel your reservation by logging-in to your "My Page".

8 or more days prior to the first night of stay ············· No fee
2 to 7 days before the first night of stay ···················· 30% of daily room fee
